About US
A precious asset in Africa is our children and there is a need to invest in them for sustainable development through breaking the barriers to education, good health, child development and food security. YenMa Foundation, which means our children foundation in Twi, was founded to break these barriers through collaborative efforts involving us and you. Founded in 2018 December, the foundation seeks to fulfill five of the United Nations’ sustainable development goals; quality education, good health and wellbeing, zero hunger, No poverty, and partnership.

Why YenMa
Y3n mma means our children in a Ghanaian language called Twi. YenMa because, we urge everyone to see every child as their own and not treat them any different from their biological children. Children are a vulnerable population who need protection, nurturing and care to become responsible adults. A way to ensure proper development is if we all come together as a team, see them as our own and put in efforts to eliminate barriers to a bright future and build our future leaders.
